Tony Harbison is Managing Director of RTD Technology Ltd Trading as Asistec Ltd.
Tony has 25 years experience working in the scientific and laboratory markets in hospitals, research institutions and industry. He spent 14 years with Unitech, a subsidiary of United Drug PLC; and 8 years with B.M.Browne, a company engaged in the distribution of diagnostic products to the healthcare markets in Ireland, Brownes was merged into Fannin Healthcare after acquistion by DCC.
Tony set up Jencons Scientific Ireland in 2006 and expanded its operations in Ireland very successfully until its sale in 2008.
Asistec
Asistec commenced operation in January 2009.
We provide a wide choice of leading scientific equipment, consumables and instrumentation to laboratories throughout Ireland.
We have developed specialist areas of expertise over many years of experience.
Core Market Specialities include:
- Biospecimen preparation, storage and safekeeping
- Tissue Culture laboratories and heating and cooling technology for basic laboratory applications up to pharmaceutical process control.
We will design and project manage the delivery of the total system.
